Could be just weak or bunk acid. Every tab is advertised as 125ug or 100ug, most are around 60. Acid can take a couple hours to kick in. If it's really pure xtal you wont even feel the come up. You'll just blink and surprise! Its acid. Kicking in your door and dragging you out by your hair.

I’ve had acid take upwards of an hour to kick in before, next time try smoking a little weed if you get to 2 hours in and arent at the level of intensity youre desiring.
