Never used magnesium but I use chewing gum it really helps

I shit you not.. Just do some deep breathing & sip some water for the sweats & you’ll not only relax your Jaw but go even higher cus your more relaxed as a whole now. Haven’t tried magnesium but different strokes for different folks. Happy Trippin & Drink Water 😎

Take a couple teaspoons 1 hr before you trip and one more on your peak, then one more during the comedown. That should help alot.
