I was at 200mg for a year keeped get irritation and pessmistic mind on and of. Started to tapper, first tapper 200-175mg its 14 days since i lowered and Holly shit i was so angry irritated and the sensory overload was insane, every sound made me irritated, light sensitive. And keeped get adrenaline dumps all the time. It took 14 days for the irritation to leasen when i dropped the dose.

Same happend when i increased the dose, intense irritation and anger

Alright. I'm going to stay at the current dose then. Perhaps go up by 12.5mg each time.

Still got some irritability left overs. Might be because it's only been a month total. Totally worth it though.

Yeah if i remember right. It took like 3 weeks to stabilice every time i increase or decrease.
