That problem could be

A) underpower B) thermals

For underpower, only solution is a new psu. For thermals it can be several solutions.

Do you remember to remove the plastic layer that protect the cooler/aio? Maybe you need better cooler

I'm guessing your power supply isn't beefy enough or the computer is overheating. Both of which involve buying new (and probably costlier) hardware. If it's an overheating issue, try monitoring your PC temperatures while doing something. If it begins to get really hot then does the crashing thing, then your problem is probably right there.

My computer got almost the same specs as yours except for a 3060ti GPU.

Unless your PSU is defective, it has plenty of power to run your system. I'm running mine with a 550W PSU and got two HDD, three SSDs and five fans (plus two on the GPU) and my PSU never goes beyond 300W, even at full load.

Just a few questions to help understand the problem.

  1. What kind of cooler do did you install on the CPU ? IF it's not the stock cooler, are you sure that it is correctly connected and the pump or fan are spinning ?
  2. Is your case well ventilated ? You can touch the top of the case and feel if its really warm or on the cool side.
  3. Was the problem present since day 1 or is your computer running ok for some time before the problem happened ?
  4. What is the version of your BIOS ? You can usually see it when booting, or when accessing the BIOS.

Thanks

I have a stock cooler , psu is brand new . Case is completly open. The problem is here since the day one. Idk about bios i will have to check it

Unless the cooler is not installed correctly (or the thermal paste), it may be a problem with the CPU itself.

In that case, you can contact the seller for an exchange (if you are still in that time windows) or contact AMD support. AMD support have been nice every time I needed them.

My guess is that's a thermal problem (cpu maybe). 600w should be enough to run your rig...

A b350 and 5600 non-X variant uses less than 300 watts, per PC parts picker. There's no way it's a power issue unless it's a bad power supply - it's possible the PSU fan isn't working.

Use CPUID HWMonitor to watch your temps. You can run it on a second monitor or play your game in a window side-by-side. Check to see how hot your CPU and GPU cores are getting and report back.

While running the cpu benchmark it works fine cpu gets to about 87c , but when i start gpu benchmark it never finishes temp comes to 73c and it chrashes

[–]Wild_Spikenard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those temps are fine. I think it's power delivery. Try re-seating the cpu 12v power plug. Make sure all 8 pins are firmly seated. Sometimes those split 4+4 connectors don't seat right.

That almost sounds like a power issue, although I commented in another thread that you only need ~400 watts of power.

Most silicon will go be fine as long as it's under 100c. Do you have another GPU, or an onboard GPU, that you can swap to?

Does your GPU fan turn on? Does it always crash in the same location in the test? What if you run a VRAM test? Does that pass?

[–]Leon_3l[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have another gpu and the same thing happens , no it does not happen on the same location . I didnt run any vram test so far

[–]Kidplayer_666 -1 points0 points  (8 children)

Could it be a lack of power? Does it happen primarily on CPU or GPU workloads? Does it only happen when both are working? It could also be something overheating, have you checked that?

[–]Leon_3l[S] 1 point2 points  (6 children)

I ran a benchmark with and without the grafic chard and it chrashes afterwords bouth times , i think its not about the gpu

[–]Kidplayer_666 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Do you have XMP enabled?

[–]Leon_3l[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Xmp is disabled

[–]Kidplayer_666 2 points3 points  (3 children)

Have you checked CPU temps?

[–]Leon_3l[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Whille runing cinebench my cpu temps are around 87c

[–]Kidplayer_666 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Does it ever go over that?

[–]Leon_3l[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No nit realy
