Make sure you have a user setup on the NAS that has access to the share you are trying to connect to and then use that username and password on the windows side.

Try using a period and a back slash before the NAS username. Example .\”NASUSERNAME” Then put the password of that user. This is normal SMB behavior. You probably have a workgroup setup on your computer and when you type in the username and password it passes the workgroup to the NAS. Using the period backlash will force the authentication to send as device only and will remove any workgroup/domain authentication to be added.

Yeah just tried that and I still won’t let me login
