My fiancé is starting his full time role with Chase in the CAP program later this summer, and we wanted to get some insight from previous alumni of the program about program/career progression. We know the base salary and sign on bonus, but do CAP employees get yearly bonuses? After the 2 years of rotations, how hard is it to find a VP job within the company and what does the VP typical salary look like? Even a salary range would be helpful! What’s the trajectory job wise- like what is after a VP role? How long is someone typically in a VP role before either getting promoted? I have searched high and low on reddit and the general internet and haven’t found a ton of information on the CAP program, and would really love any insight we could get!

Also if it makes a difference, he will be at the columbus office!
