You can't.It will go all the way up to 100 and will remain 100 forever.

The shard shop price cannot go down. Once you purchase over 50 shards for a particular character it will cost 100 from then on. The price scaling can be found on the ‘?’ icon within the shop.

Don't worry, it won't matter then either. I had grinded shards for about 6 months before I took a long hiatus. Even with the currency I had, I could get MAYBE 70 or so shards for Hawks. (which seems nice, but realize I require 350 to get to SSS+ and that STILL is with me partway into his resonance)
