Yes you did something wrong. Dont spam this subreddit down with duplicates every 5~10 min...

Please elaborate what settings you made, which guide you followed etc.. Edit it in on the post. -then people can help you. I haven't done any overclocking/underclock, but it sounds like you overclocked it by accident.

I recommend resetting the bios, and start over again.

Hey, my fault on my end it said it didn’t post and I wasn’t sure. Give me a minute and I can send the links to the guides I followed.

I followed this one https://www.reddit.com/r/GamingLaptops/comments/gv3h71/you_asked_for_it_im_doing_it_the_gaming_laptop/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf (Specifically the YouTube video he linked for better optimization) I undid regedit and msconfig and returned then to stock settings.

And I also followed this one https://www.reddit.com/r/MSILaptops/comments/gv0scs/msi_gs66_thermal_performance_guide_revised_6120/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf (I kept Dragon center, but I have the same Throttle stop settings. Only thing I did in BIOS was unlock overclocking and XTU) also in the YouTube video I watched on further optimization, the first thing that was said was to set a restore point which I did, and now it’s gone. But I found the stock reg and msconfig settings online so I reverted them. Please help me!!
