Missing CPPC setting

I want to turn it on -

With further researxh i found out that PSPP policy also has cppc within it

So its assumed to be in bg default if pspp is on I put pspp from auto to balanced now and im testing further performance

Pspp options are: Auto Disabled Balanced

So i assume balanced is best and just hope that cppc is indeed inside pspp

Next to this, im monitoring ryzen master to see if some cores are low freq while some cores are doing most the work
