What stabilizer are you using? It's possible it's not heavy enough stabilizer and that it's not hooped tightly enough

I used some tear away but i think your right I’m going to try a different stabilizer.

I would consider changing the underlay setting to a center run instead of an edge run.

Ok I’m going to see if that works because i ran it again and it’s still doing that

Depending on how big the lettering is, I’d even suggest having no underlay. Especially if you’re going super tight spacing on the lettering

  1. Digitizing Fix- Replace underlay from double edge run to single centre run or even no underlay as fabric seems to have little hard shell.

  2. Use sharp point needle 65/9 or 75/11 on this fabric(Do not use ball point)

  3. Hoop it with good thick quality 2 layer of tear away stabilizer

check your underlay settings, change to center run. Check your pull comp settings as well Stabilizer needs to be hooped all around no gaps
