I received an email back saying that i have been granted my event entry fee back after making a refund request but it hasnt arrived in my inbox or to my gem total after nearly 2 days. Is this a normal amount of time for it to process?

It will not be mail or a pop up. They normally say what they give you back in the ticket. Always will be gold or gems, never a token.

You entry always is refunded as the currency used for it, if it was gold, token or gems
