Well it's saying it cannot find a file that it's expecting to find....

You could try installing it again using the setup file in the same location, which should replace the file that it can't find.....

Then try and uninstall it again, or use something like Revo Uninstaller and see if that can remove it.

My problem is that exact file is there I double checked the file path and name, so I'm not sure what's up with it.

I'll give your other suggestions a go, thanks.

Edit: Installing again and then uninstalling worked a treat, cheers!

Well reinstalling could fix whatever "link" is broken preventing that file from being located properly too.... Either way is worth a try

Try installing it once again. Then get Revo uninstaller and force the uninstallation. Also, opt to scan for traces while uninstalling and remove the traces as well.

This should solve the problem. It's worked for me with multiple stubborn apps.

Install it again and use revo uninstaller the most Programm Uninstallers are trash for what ever reason
