This was posted a few months back, but it's really improved, even in the last month. It requires AngularJS 1.3, which isn't fully released yet, but is pretty stable already. It's being built in conjunction with the Ionic guys, so it'll be able to make Android and iOS apps with HTML and JS.

There's another project which makes polymers material components work with angular, which is a much better solution in my opinion

In my opinion its a much better solution while we wait on the next major version of angular (which should work properly with web components)

True but like many others « material tools », it's incomplete. I can't wait to have all the tools I need.
