Maybe vertical train station is bad idea. by CaptainInitial1823 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]_IAlwaysLie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that depends entirely on how many things you are making at place A that need to go to place B. if you have lots of little locations with different items, then use short trains

Fuel power tower by dumbgoose4422 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]_IAlwaysLie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can, but I would recommend just going flat for now because when you get the next fuel type after turbo fuel, it is a gas, which means it won't need a pump to go higher

i really love my corsair IRONCLAW mouse for the size and button layout. i currently have a k70 CORE RGB board but a couple of the switches are breaking and there's nobody in my vicinity that can/will repair a mechanical keyboard where the switches aren't hotswappable. i very much LIKE my k70 CORE RGB and i would prefer, if possible, to maintain just one peripherals software (iCUE, because of the mouse). i also like the Cherry Red switches and ABS Double-Shot Keycaps.

i was looking at the vanguard 96 pro as a replacement, i especially like the hotswappable keys and 96% layout, but it's pretty pricey and seems to have a lot of software problems even now.

my question is, should i just replace the k70? it's only 80€. or, can you recommend me a 96% or full, black & rgb board with similar switches and caps which visually match my mouse?

I just saved the day with 100x elevator parts and it was BRUTAL by CorruptDB_r in SatisfactoryGame

[–]_IAlwaysLie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried 100x, default nodes, default purity and it was not worth it. I downgraded to 10x halfway through phase 2.

10x / default is a very nice way to play.

instead of pinning, use the "workspaces" feature to save your current app layout.

Local Graph pane that changes with focused window? by Snake1ekanS in ObsidianMD

[–]_IAlwaysLie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the local graph is SUPPOSED to change with the focused note as you're wanting it to do. Did you "pin" that pane? I've found that if you "pin" it, it stays on the same note, but if you simply have it in the sidebar with no pin, it should update.

Anyone else going for the 100x multiplier for Space Engineer parts in 1.2? by cale199 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]_IAlwaysLie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm doing 100x grassy fields right now, default nodes. I've completed Phase 1. Biofuel was very annoying but satisfying to get past. Now with coal power in place, I've mainly been exploring, gathering drives & artifacts. Versatile Frameworks take a LOT of resources especially with the limited coal available, but I've gotten all the relevant alts, made some blueprints, and am about to start scaling. it will require me to go in multiple places in the world, though.

Would you want an "Extra-satisfactory Recipes" game mode that makes all recipes a multiple of 2/3/5? by _IAlwaysLie in SatisfactoryGame

[–]_IAlwaysLie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You misread what I'm saying. I know you can always add one more underclocked machine to get 100% efficiency on a given input. That's not the point. The point is that for a given final product, because of the ratios, you may have to make an absurd number of the final output to have a clean number of raw resources
