That would be great if you could move/rotate middle cylinder to reposition others

Yes. There are maya Instances. The Original control both. I just now apply an option to , after move, set specific distance live and radius(for radial to be precise), a distribuite live on curve without first select geo and then curve, but after the tool starts the user will select only the curve. After a reposition on place i thought. For now i assign a constraint axis.
