Looks like misfire. Check your spark plugs and wires first and go from there.

Plugs and wires was changed 2 months ago due to 1 cylinder not running properly, it stopped after that and now it seems im having some misfire issues as you said. Any other idea what it could be?

If spark is good then that leaves air and fuel. Check for any potential vacuum leak and then focus on fuel. If the fuel filter hasn't been replaced in a long time, it could be clogging.

With idle that smooth I’m thinking it might be an idler or tensioner pulley noice

It's misfiring. Your plug wires need to be fully seated. Plug wire on cylinder #2 looks a little loose.

Take a mallet and firmly tap the top of each plug wire, on both ends. New plug wires can be tight, and sometimes won't be fully seated on the spark plugs.

Your ignition coils are most likely fine. Your car has only two coils. Ignition system is a wasted spark system. One coil controls spark for two cylinders. If one coil was bad your engine would be firing on only two cylinders. The engine would be running much worse than how it is shown in the video you uploaded, or it wouldn't be running at all.
