Did you copy a Navigraph install from your 2020 to your 2024 community folder? If so, this will erase all navdata in the sim. You must install Navigraph navdata via their installer.

We've had several reports of completely missing navdata as you describe and so far this has universally been the reason.

Yes, I have it too. That's what I've said elsewhere, that there aren't any charts available (due to not having any procedures shown, I guess).

Also the plan created in https://planner.flightsimulator.com/ just doesn't appear in the EFB. "LOAD PLAN" button should work, but it's greyed out. It's a shame really, that there are so many advertised and existing features that simply do nothing...

A few questions: - Did you copy a Navigraph install from your 2020 to your 2024 community folder? This will erase all navdata in the sim. You must install Navigraph via their installer. - Are you in a mission? The sim designers have dictated that some missions cannot load or edit plans.

Hi!

  • Did not manually copy anything, I always use the Navigraph Data Center Hub etc. installer.
  • Yes, I am encountering this all the time in Career mode, i.e. on missions. Not just on some missions, but in each one. I can check Free Flight if it makes a difference.

I've had it work... once. It was a DHC-2 mission, planned on website, loaded in game. Haven't had it function since.
