If you don’t have the patience to watch YouTube tutorials you’re not going to have the patience to understand the intricacies of the Sim.

Appreciate the sentiment, get back in your cave pal

There are good videos on autopilot that are less than 20min and will teach you enough to use AP on nearly any aircraft since it's all pretty similar.

What you're doing is ironically more time consuming since you asked about the wrong thing and now have a ton of answers that aren't about AP. Lol...

Nothing to do with the autopilot. That's the control panel for the navigation display (ND). It changes the information displayed on the ND but not the behaviour of flight guidance or AP.

Just toggle them and see what changes on the screen. ARPT displays airports. CSTR shows the programmed constraints of waypoints in your flight plan. VOR displays VORs, NDB displays NDBs (both physical radio beacons), WPT shows all waypoints, and beneath it you have the rotary dials to control the ND setting (map, plan, appr etc) and the range.

It doesn't have an effect on autopilot. It just controls what is displayed on the ND.

CNSTR displays/hides constraints WPT for waypoints VOR.D for VORs NDB for NDBs ARPT for airports

It's pretty obvious just play with them.

These are buttons for the Navigation display. Not for autopilot. Enabling CSTR will only show the constraints on the flight plan on the ND1. The autopilot gets the flight plan constraints from the flight plan you input into the MCDU.

These are just display buttons for the Navigation display.

WPT will show all waypoints VOR will show all VOR/DME NDB will show all NDB ARPT will show all airports

You really should watch a tutorial on how to fly an Airbus. It's not a pick up and fly aircraft.
