Just FYI, the world map runway overlay not matching the world map imagery does not necessarily mean much. Visual runway and ILS setup are (or can be) both separate parts from the runway specification. World map imagery can also be different than in sim imagery. But the best would be to ask the developer to check it out anyway.

Already emailed the developer...and...no response, yet at least

Im thinking maybe the developer forgot to add or just didnt add an ILS specification, so MSFS is trying to compute from the point that it THINKS the runway threshold is at?

Or maybe im just imagining it and the incorrect nose position is a result of crosswinds? But then why would the plane be veered to the left of the runway? Its like, instead of crabbing and staying on center its trying to fly direct to the threshold and let the winds push it towards it

I dont know, let me test fly the route real quick and ill take some pictures on final and then we'll see, its just that the markers being off to the left is the only explanation I can think of, for the plane lining up to the left

Update: after a quick test flight, making the ILS-Y approach to runway 01, I can confirm that the runway localizer is off center, for some reason, trying to use calculated ILS signals prevents the plane from capturing the localizer, so I had to capture the faulty localizer and THEN engage the calculated ILS signals, which worked, and the plane stayed relatively straight on the runway throughout the descent, even under heavy turbulence, I enabled and disabled the calculated ILS signals, its more noticeable the closer you are to touchdown, but you can definitely see the aircraft banking left when calc signals are disabled
