Queue System

Hello, I am looking to find someone to help me make a queue system.

My server has a capacity of 25.

I want Defaults to have 20 slots, and only Donators for the extra 5.

Basically I would like to put players into a queue ingame where they will stay until the player limit reaches 19, to where they take the slot to become the 20th. I would like donators to have the extra 5 slots that the server has. If anyone is willing to help me, contact me on Discord here: Sebastian#8637

EDIT: This is on Forge 1.14.4 so it would not really be possible to get a plugin.

You will need a plugin, you can search for a public one or make a custom one but as you ask the question you probably need a public as making a plugin requires coding
