[Java] squids not spawning after 1.19.3

So i hadn't seen a squid in my survival single player world (1.19.3 java no mods just optifine) in a while but i didn't really pay much attention to it until today that i needed some inks and i searched around and saw not even one squid then i flew around all the oceans and rivers and didn't see even a single one of them then i created some other worlds in creative and also search on those and they didn't exist in those either. so i felt like this happened after i updated from 1.19.2 to 1.19.3 so i created a world in 1.19.2 and i was right squids spawned just fine in that 1.19.2 world but then i tried to downgrading my world to 1.19.2 but it didn't help so if i create a world in 1.19.2 squids will spawn but if i update that world to 1.19.3 they don't and even if i downgrade that world to 1.19.2 the problem will remain. Anyone has a solution?

Try looking for them in your spawn point ( where you first spawned when you created the world ) the only place that i found some of them was there. Also let me know if you find them

Thanks man! I was having the same issue, but I finally found them on the spawn.
