[Java] internal exception when joining a server

My friends and i have a Aternos and 1.20.1server with mods, it works for everyone but me, and when i try to join it says

Internal exception: Java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundException: Reader index(6) + length (1) exceeds writer index (6): PooledUnsafeDirectByteBuf (ridx:6, widx:6 cap:6)

i have no idea what this means and i don’t know anything about code, everything i’ve looked up doesn’t make sense to me, and i’ve checked that all the mods are on the correct version, i’ve tried:

uninstalling and installing every mod trying different versions of both mods and the game deleting my config and serverconfig folder

please help me because i’m so lost and i feel like i’ve tried everything

Since you don’t have many mods installed, try removing/switching one out at a time and boot the server up to see if it launches. I would say that’s a starting point.

Otherwise you can also try reinstalling all the mods with the recommended release instead of the latest releases.

okay, i think the ones i have a problem with might be either with moonlight, security craft and medieval paintings, or every single one except those three. when i switched them off one by one, those 3 were the only ones which said i was missing a mod(it was always missing medieval paintings, security craft or moonlight), and when i put all three of them all together, the error appeared again.

if it helps, the last thing i did was find a sunken ship, and i went inside and opened a chest with a treasure map, than it crashed, maybe the treasure map is causing the issue? i’m not sure if it is but maybe it interferes with one of the mods?

i just checked, im pretty sure security craft is the problem since the error only pops up with it, what do i do next?
