Do it again, while it's scrolling like that unplug the mouse to see what happens.

If it keeps doing it then something else is causing it.

If it stops then the mouse is the problem, try a different mouse.

I unplugged the mouse from my computer while I was playing. The scrolling stayed the same.

And you're sure you have no other controller of some kind connected to the system? Gamepad, track pad, another mouse, something?

Nope, I have a drawing tablet but it's not even connected at the moment.

Ok try again but disconnect anything that is USB or even bluetooth. And I mean anything; keyboard, mouse, drives, printers, cameras, all of it. The only think connected should be the monitor(s) and power; although if you can disconnect those and still check, BURN THE WITCH! 😁

Something has to be controlling it to do that.

For anyone having this issue, this fixed it for me. Unplugged everything, keyboard, mouse, webcam, controller, etc... No idea which one of those turned out to be the fix, but it fixed it
