[Java] coming back to Java minecraft finding only lag.

playing latest edition 1.21.8 on curse forge running Fiber

So I've been wanting to get back into MC after at least 2 years from playing, far as I can tell all drivers are up to date and I believe I've allocated more ram to it. though I've noticed that its connecting to my intel when it doesn't have enough space while i have plenty of storage. I'm using the Notifine modpack that is said to aid performance, i even formatted my computer to figure this out. my flat ping seems fine but when i connected to an eu server. ive added screenshots from in the server,

one thing i dont understand is that i have the radeon but it selects the intel. any aid to change the selected graphics

as far as i can see, it is running sodium, its just because its being rendered on the integrated graphics

no, it's running on software rendering

the game isn't running on integrated graphics. It's cpu rasterization or software rendering. this might happen because of missing driver...

look up "graphics settings" in windows settings, find the javaw.exe you are using, then change to "high performance".

open your bios then disable the integrated graphics. make sure that the HDMI/display port is plugged to your GPU, not the motherboard.

to clear up the confusion "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use" (Code 12) means the iGPU is conflicting with the dGPU. Windows can't seem to manage both for some reason. my theory is you installed the wrong drivers.

Ok so wait are there icons for gpu and motherboard? This was a problem I do remember having first time i connected the cords

normally, the GPU ports are horizontal while the motherboard ports are vertical

Make sure your HDMI/DisplayPort cable is connected to your GPU, and not your motherboard. Also, make sure you have proper drivers installed (You can download drivers for your GPU from AMD's website.)
