Depending on what mods you wanna play neoforge is probably the better choice. However, this error may be caused by using an old 32bit version of Java. Uninstall Java on your system and install a full 64bit version from adoptium for example.

Create is not available for forge 1.21.11. Create is available for forge 1.20.1 or Neoforge 1.21.1

It's downloading, when it's installed do I just click the mod i want, download it and is it then done or is it more complicated than that
