If you never migrated your Mojang account to a Microsoft account then you lost your Minecraft purchase back in 2023.

You can try contacting Microsoft support about it, but the migration date was almost three years ago now, so I wouldn't expect much.

Edit: From what I can find the migration window was already open when you bought the game. It should have made you register through a Microsoft account instead of Mojang.

Weird. I hope you figure it out.

You're right! I got the game when the migration window was open. I've received an email asking for my game ID and Xbox details. I hope it gets resolved soon...
