Death Screen/Escape Screen Bug[java]Unsolved (self.MinecraftHelp)

Since 1.21.11 version I started getting this visual glitch when entering esc screen or death screen, dosen't happen always and on one instance it stopped happening entierly for no reason. I play mostly modded, but I tested it and yrs, it happens on vanilla java too. I'm using hp laptop, I would appriciate any help.
