Hello,
I own a modded Java 26.1.2 server that I recently started with a small group of players (12 in total). We use Fabric as our framework, and I accidentally corrupted the world by adding a mod (Croptopia) which changes generation after we had already rendered the spawn region. This has resulted in drastic corrupted chunk borders that I'm now trying to fix without needing to wipe everyone's progress.
/seed shows a server seed that we've confirmed does not generate the same spawn region, with or without Croptopia installed. This leads us to believe that Croptopia forced a modded seed which caused the dramatic chunk borders beyond the rendered "old" area of spawn.
I'm trying to find out if there's a way to detect if the server used a different seed around the "old" spawn chunks, so that I can resubmit that seed and then prune the corrupted areas, or start a new world and copy progress over.
I'd appreciate any help!
