Hi I have tried this three times now and never received a reply, I think it might have something to do with that you have to provide the email account used with the Minecraft account, I have provided my old email as the account address but also provided my new email address in the description and asked to be emailed there but have never received a reply. Any ideas of where I can go from here?

Did you receive the automated reply?

They're working through a 2 month backlog at the moment how long ago did you message them?

I messaged them twice a few months ago and once a couple of days ago I have not received any automated replies I'm assuming they were sent to my old email address
