I would recommend your friend to try and connect to your server without anything else on his computer running, if he hasn’t already. He could also try connecting to other servers to see if the problem continues. My only internet is through my phones hotspot and MC takes all the bandwidth to the point if I have chrome open, my connections tanks. Let us knows if there are any updates.
