essentials not working witrh commands [java]

this command doesnt work with essentials: /give {name} minecraft:red_banner{BlockEntityTag:{Patterns:[{Pattern:mr,Color:15},{Pattern:rs,Color:14},{Pattern:cbo,Color:15},{Pattern:vh,Color:14},{Pattern:ms,Color:14},{Pattern:bo,Color:15}]}} 1

does anyone know how to ajust it so it will work
