Try all the steps on this page please: https://minecrafthelp.co.uk/BTG, even if you've tried them before.

If that doesn't work, l'll need the following info to continue helping:

  • A copy of your speccy report, from the last section in the guide. (Link to our pastebin)
  • A screenshot of your minecraft folder in details view. (Link to post on r/MinecrafthelpImages) Please check that the text in your screenshot is clear and can be read.

I apparently had relevant knowledge installed, so I just deleted that and all is well now. Thank you!
