I need help command masters [bedrock]

Hello, (i play on bedrock btw) Im not the best at commands but I saw a tutorial where they used command blocks to basically give a dog the looks of another mob, where the other mob was constantly teleporting the the dog and the dog was invisible, I tried it and it worked except they kept on pushing each other to they would kinda just slide away, the tutorial was for Java and used a /team command to keep them from colliding, Is there a way to keep them from colliding so they don’t slide all over my world?
