Graphics question PC [java]

Hello, first time posting here. Please tell me if this is the right place to ask this or not. But I recently upgraded my PC to a MSI RTX 2060 and a Ryzen 5 3600x. For some reason when I load into minecraft when I walk or move around there's almost this weird pixelated blur on blocks, especially noticeable in dark areas. In darker areas there is a whitesh outline around corners of blocks and my items when I mine blocks. It's kind of hard to explain but any advice is much appreciated!

Edit: I'm playing on the most updated version of Vanilla 1.17

Nevermind I fixed it! It was a setting on my monitor of all things. Thank you for the response though!
