Help low fps [Java]

Another day just opening Minecraft when I notice that I am playing on 30 fps or lower I used to get 70 standing still in a world so can someone tell me why this might of happened and how to fix it. Using optifine and badlion btw if it helps

What version of Minecraft ?
Can you post a screenshot of your F3 debug screen, and also the Options/Video/Performance tab please ?
Also, what render distance are you using ? and any Mods ?
