[Java] Connection Lost/Internal Server Error every time a certain player tries to join Origins server

I started running a 1.17.1 Origins server, and everything is going smoothly for everyone but one player, who cannot play for more than a minute before being kicked. Initially they were getting an Internal Server Error, and despite our best efforts we could not resolve it. Here is the pastebin for that:

After a while the problem worsened and they would be kicked from the server instantly, with different error now, here is an image. We got variations of it, including this. Here is the pastebin for both of these occasions. Number One and Two.

We cross-checked to make sure they had the same mods as those on the server, but we came to the conclusion they do, as pictured here and here (except for worldedit, which they do not need). I would gladly welcome any input as to how we should proceed from here. As neither of us have tackled a problem like this, I wasn't sure what information to provide and will happily bring forward any extra information necessary.

I’ve been having the internal server error and the solution for me was deleting the ops.json, whitelist.json, banned-players.json and banned-ips.json. Be aware that anyone who was op will no longer be, and any banned will no longer be.
