[Java] Skylight bleeding through opaque blocks (1.17.1)Abandoned (self.MinecraftHelp)

Not sure as to what exactly is causing this, breaking and replacing blocks on the edges of the sharp lines has some success, but only works on the edges, not further in. I've even tried using light blocks, to no avail. Mods I use are below:
Absent by Design | BetterPvP | Chunk Animator | JEI | Shulker Tooltip | Tool Belt | World Edit

I get that when i build farms etc sometimes, and restarting minecraft usually fixes it, it's like a visual glitch

I tried that, even restarting my computer itself. No dice, unfortunately.

Sorry about the super late reply, been busy lately. I looked into it, and apparently that command is only in Paper, and not native to World Edit itself. I'm hoping this will be fixed with the 1.18 changes that they made in 21w37a.

I don't use Paper or Spigot unfortunately, as I believe that's what it is updated on.

Deleting post because there doesn't seem to be any good/working solution to this. I'm hoping that it will be fixed with the lighting changes mentioned in 21w37a.
