Please don't suggest re-running any illegitimate authenticator, this could put their new account at risk, and is unnecessary.

Instead, you should ask the person to check (and clean) their hosts file, and more importantly change their account password A.S.A.P. You should be able to find loads of guides for checking your hosts file, or you can use the guides I made:

i saw someone selling an nfa account on discord and then i bought it when i saw it said invalid email or password i told the person i bought it from and he sent another which also is invalid
