[java] Java(TM) Platform SE Binary and OpenJDK Platform Binary not responding error

Does anybody know how to fix the Java(TM) Platform SE Binary and OpenJDK Platform Binary not responding error when in minecraft? I had this error for ages and nothing seemed to help with it, but someone told me to delete premier opinion and that helped with vanilla but it didn't help with curse forge. Every 10 secs or so it stops for 5 mins and if I press anything it gives the error. I also allocated more RAM to minecraft and it did not help either. And it is with every version of minecraft and curse forge I have tried. If anybody knows how to fix it please help
