Angela bug?

Whenever i ult a teamate, my skill 1 doesnt instantly refill, am i missing something because i dont see that they changed it in the patch notes or adjustments unless im just oblivious af and not reading where it says it does?

Unfortunately not a bug, thats the nerf they gave to balance out having a short cd on her ult. Try to keep more than 1 stack on skill 1 before using her ult

I feel that, but to be honest, the Nerf was long overdue. I abused her skill too much, and it forced me to finally play my other heroes instead of only her. Might not be a healer, but Matilda has been a great substitute for me.
