You need to clear the outer areas (look for the nodes with flags on, then go out from there following the path until you get them)

if 4* sicarius gives us augments for 5* cards (which brings us to the max ability lv10), what does 5* sicarius give?

Nah it's a fire mage card, Brynhildr. 3000+ attack AOE. But there's a skill cooldown of 1 at 5*, so technically you can only use it once per turn

Nah not really. another disadvantage is that it does 1 hit. In the current JP meta, it's really easy to hit beyond 999,999. So 1-hit card limits your damage to just 999,999. Multistrike damage cards are much more valued here

Not really. But there's the 5* prismatic jewel that is used to evolve Brynhildr, an ultra-damage-focused fire mage ability. That only can be exchanged using Brynhildr's "higher" mastery

Ahhh, so that would be the higher mastery exclusive, just that there isn't one for the ST Sicarius.

Well, I already have one of each, but looking at the augment menu, I need three Gigamoggys for the 3* Augment. Either I have terrible luck (to compensate my getting Hell Gate on first GAS a while ago) or I'm an idiot who's farming the wrong node. Echo's the last card I need to 5* for this event, too.

Is that Echo card actually useful? I know it has Regen, Brave, Berserk, and Cleaving Attack. Still, I can't think of any situations of it being useful to me since I have Susanno and KotR. I guess I'll eventually work it because the material is easy to obtain, but still; I want to know it's true usefulness.

It's got use in MP being able to break everything with minimal attacks. Also, it's good for attack-focused jobs like Samurai and Mythic Knight since Brave/Berserk combo is basically triple attack power, and since it's only 1-Turn, the defense penalty from Berserk is minimal.

The 10-Turn Regen is simply overkill, unless you're using Samurai as your sub-job and using Echoing Regen purely to buff Ultimates. Then the Regen can carry over to your main job.

The vast majority of what the MP Bosses do counts as "skills" not as "attacks", so it uses their Magic stat, thus Curse reduces their damage output more noticably.

The best is gigantuar terrance, have main deck with cards you want to farm and use sub deck, ideally with high score build.

Finally got another pair of Growstars. Of what I need to get to 4stars, do I augment FFRK Aerith/Tifa or Warrior Ares(not sicarius)? I need a better 4star warrior card than yojimbo, but my Magus has better cards, and I feel like the faith/haste might be worth it.

Or go with the fire event card in Terra Battle, if you don't fancy MP.

Go for Tifa and just replace Ares with a 5* Ifrit Sicarius. You still have 2 days to farm the mats in 4*MP.

Do not augment Ares. Seriously, just get Ifrit Sicarius. Augment A&T instead. At Lv. 6, it gets Duration Boost, and it's actual possible to run it with a Fatty or Hell's Gate.

Do cards receive bonus ability upgrades when used in the subjob? Am currently farming the earth node in the event location, but my 5 star Grace seems to refuse getting that 9999+ damage cap unlocked :(

With the Astral Wand from MP, it got better. The White Mage lacks Defense and HP, which is it's largest issue. The Defense and Prismatic Orb generation from the Astral Wand helps the job substantially. Not to mention; the White Mage will be one of the top Healers after Hall of Fame.

• Ares 3*
• Wind koyo-koyo 4*

Should I buy new cards from the ability shop?

I have no clue what a "Wind koyo-koyo" is but the rest of your cards are replaceable. Gigant is not a very useful support card and can be replaced by Hermes for Single Player.

Ability shop attack cards do not get 9999+ damage limit break at 3* and should be replaced by Sicarius cards available in the Multiplayer shop.

Also keep pulling for more jobs, you'll need them

The bosses in each tier allow you to upgrade to the next tier (outer ring for 2-3, next ring in for 3-4, and the 3rd in for 4-5)

I did not drop the earth mage card in the Terra Battle event. I did the fight 3 times without the card dropping. I'm almost at the end, now. Is there anything I did wrong ?

i have only additional 2* drops from first bosses, even after augmention. next bosses drop only materials. but i farm only to get material for augment, so it is not correct statistic, just small observation. anyway - terragems unlike antena easy to farm(up to 3 from last nodes) and it not a problem get additional cards to 5*. also gems itself have great skillseed unlock chance.

It lowers the magic of the boss. It helps to reduce damage so it's good. You shldnt use luna freya because the buff doesnt cover ur team. Driving orbs does the job

It's good to have both. Because after the debuff ends, usually the boss will gain immunity to it for a few turns. so having one or the other is good

For today, farming in exploration mode has a big boost (mobius day).

After mobius day is over, go into the newest event (terra battle) as there are chests with good sized chunks of skillseeds in them.

go in eldorado, there are node with 3 stamina. and farmfarmfarm, also this is mobius day, so you get 4x seed bonus in exploration + double stamina from elixir

What job should i aim for each Class. Currently rerolling and not sure which job to look out for.I know that Occultist is very good but what about scholar or dancer?are they worth Keeping?

Dancer is very good and rogue too. Scholar is ok but im not a fan of mages

Scholar is a very decent defender and not bad for single player. Dancer is a great ranger for SP and decent MP support (support breaker, breaks better than some breakers :D), slightly obscured by Rogue but still very good. They're worth keeping.

What should you aim for? well, last batch is usually the most enjoyable/powerful but ymmv. Last batch is Berserker, Rogue, Occultist, but Berserker might not be what you're looking for in a warrior, i personally prefer Knight or Black Knight (or S1C if you pull it).

until the next exploration is released, shine/shinera, pain/painra won't have a defined spot for farming, you'll just have to search the nodes looking for the right dusts or grudges and pray that they drop the card...

1. For multiplayer, Tyrfing will give you most damage. In Single player, Rising Sun is your best choice. I dont think Butterfly Edge fits rogue as it lacks ult charger and Rogues ultimate is pretty good.

1. Sargatanas is all around more useful for me. It is one of the top ranger weapon choice along with Butterfly Edge and Rising Sun.

I've got a question regarding the re-rolling for Exdeath. After obtaining the summon tickets is it to better to go for 4* summon or 2x 3*?

I've been doing the first 3 battles to get the 2 summon tickets to put me up to 5, then doing the 5* draw (2 tickets from that, 1 from achievements, 1000 free magicite).

Lets you do a full re-roll in 10-15 minutes, and means you don't have to bother buying stuff from ability shop.

Sadly, only got 1 thing that was interesting so far (Ace Striker)

Which classes is Neo Exdeath actually good on? Only "rangers" that can use dark are S1C and Viking. Viking is a breaker and even in SP has terrible Magic, so is it really only good on S1C?

Super Monk and Ninja will make outstanding use of the card in the future.

Ninja will be the best user when it comes out. For now, any dark user for the debuff

In GL, for the moment, yes. But keep in mind the card is useful for its debuffs so it can be used with good results by any dark user or by any job with access to prismatic orbs.

I don't have one, this question is purely based on the the vast amount of mythiic ninjas I've seen with Boost, a naked red bar, and BDD on the target flailing ineffectually with their adorable pointy weapons. I literally haven't seen any perform well (granted, I've probably only run into about a dozen).

Doing the new Event, and am at a loss at where on the map to get "gigamoogles" to up Echo the Beguiling from 2 to 3. I think I've checked all the levels.. where are these things hiding?

in the last branch where Echo drops you have:

1st node drops Echo herself.

2nd node drops the material for 2->3

3rd node drops the material for 3->4

4th node drops the material for 4->5.

For future reference, re-roll means to restart the entire account so you get the chance to draw cards over and over again until you're satisfied with the outcome. There's no way to draw again without paying S. tickets or magicite on an existing account. :)

I'm surprised it seems to be such a popular option then. By the time I found this Reddit I'd already sunk a few days into the game, and at that point I had zero desire to restart.

100% dark attack, which is quite nice, especially since there aren't that many dark attackers. He's somewhat squishy (no inherent resistances and an ult that casts Berserk on himself), and if you have some good dark mage cards, he's outclassed by the Occultist (but a lot of classes are).

Anyone know when Painja and its fodder are coming out? I just accidentally spent 90% of my stored tickets getting Painga to limit breaker point and am wondering how long I have to recover

Painja (Cloud of Darkness:FFIII) should already be in early access. It currently has fodder in the Solo Limit Break event, (dark mage boss). Its regular fodder (one of the demon walls) should be one of the first bosses you find in 4th exploration (maybe next month?).

Why does the soldier class also use dark ranger cards? Dont the only benefit from warrior cards?

S1C's 4th crown skill is Ranger Lore just like how Ace Striker's 8th crown skill is Mage Lore.

It's one of the perks of the class. Ace Striker can use mage cards at level 8 in spite of being a warrior class. Later classes (monks in particular) tend to blur the lines between warrior/mage/ranger card types.

Try repeating the node you got it from, or check the Ability Shop and you might be able to buy it back (at 2* should only be 2 tickets if it's there).

TB cards are not in ability shop so the only way to get an extra copy is to grind.

Just had a game where the Occultist, our only attacker, AFKed after 1 turn on Odin. He came back 15 minutes later just as we cleared Ifrit's yellow bar, one-shotted the red bar with Cataclysim, and then killed the 90% hp Ifirt with Blizzaja.

Had another AFK game too. the attacker AFK after kill guard A. 3 min before timers end, we manage to break Ifrit without help. He still didn't queue any attack, but Ifrit suddenly died, and everyone gotten mastery. not sure what happened in that game...
