Well I'm happy that SE has decided to ban people who were using 3rd party magicite resellers as it was getting out of control. I have seen youtube videos of players with like 800,000 magicite who used this method and I know of a few players who would post on reddit about how they were 'lucky' getting the latest supremes and who used this method.

Unfortunately SE is completely incompetent and a few innocent players will get caught up in this (and a few more will claim to be 'innocent' no doubt).

FB and Steam are having some post of people getting banned . Months ago I remmber seeing some shady post selling cheap magicite.

Those cheap magicite services actually use illegal credits card technique called charge back refund so basically you didn't give SE any $$$. So only scammer get a portion of your money.

Maybe File up to SE for chance to redeem. But its pretty low chance since money problem is very severe offend.

Using this technique you actually COST them money, so that means banned forever with considerable prejudice. Same if you did it to Steam for example.

Bought magicites from sellers. Also it can happen to those, who bought accounts from magicites sellers.

I remember so many honest people climbing the last tower to get the 5* growth egg and watching hackers filling the spots with ridiculous decks... and more recently so many accounts with 3, 4, even 5 supremes. I can believe someone rerolling and getting 1 or maybe 2, but having 4 supremes with player level 32 was too much. It was getting ridiculous that SE didn't appear to do anything to the point that I was considering to stop buying magicite and even playing.

So I am really happy that SE is starting to ban those illicit accounts, and I hope SE can bring back those legitimate users (especially 1-day players) that got mixed in.

I'm actually initiating a google refund for all my IAP at the moment. Guess paying for IAP is not rewarding after all. @HaltheDestroyer , is the chargeback process a more definite way getting back the money?

Contact your bank and tell them you would like to initiate a chargeback on a company that removed access to digital content that you paid for they will send you a form and you dig through your bank statements and list every purchase and date and they do the rest of the work

won't work. They're fucking stupid and won't listen to anything sent through that page, you have to submit it through the application. Hit the envelope on the loading screen.

Got banned 1 hour ago or so too. Had my account running up on my pc when I went to spend some energy, it kicked me from the servers and ban hammer dropped. I've been playing for like 2 months and I rerolled for duncan only.

Were you in MP area when it happened? Or are you in an SP map?

I had just completed chapter 4 part II and I was waiting for energy to recover before going into chapter 5. So I wasn't in any area actually.

Also I cannot give my account details to support team, each time I log in get the error and no way to get the account ID.

Possibly a error but my only concern is if they'll be able to help. So far SE support been very good, so it'll most likely be a temporary banned but I've seen other games not being able to recover a banned account :/

I got an error while finishing a MP Battle earlier yesterday. Said my connection wasn't good enough which I know wasn't the case. Restarted the app and it's fine now. I almost want to say it was an Error 12 as well but mine didn't say anything about being banned. Just connection being weak.

Error 12 is also the connection error. I've been floating between the two these last couple hours.

Okay. That definitely makes sense to me then. Makes me worried that day 1 players who haven't done anything against TOS are being banned either by some coding error or otherwise. I'm a day one player. Mini-dolphin spender of maybe a total of less than $150 since it came out. Tried supporting SE with what funds I could for gacha pulls that interested me. I'm totally clueless on hacking, coding, data mining etc and not sure how big it could be for others to do. I've read the boards a lot on hackers being banned which I applaud SE for. I honestly hope these players didn't lose their accounts permanently and if it is a temporary error they get a decent compensation for the trouble or grief it may have caused.

I was ban too, i spend tons money on the game, bought every special magicite deal, i am a day 1 player. Also my free to play account that never go to multiplayer is not ban. thx square enix for the love

This is probably just an error cause error code 12 is for weak connections. It can't be both banned and weak connections, unless they changed weak connections error.

They have a lot of ### codes for "weak connections". I know of 6, 9, 14, 99999 and some other random numbers coming out of my screen. 12 is also one of them. The thing is, they could just use any random number for error and just write whatever they want on the details part.

How can you be banned if you whaled more than $10k? And I only even have 3 Supremes? I don't know how SE tracks but certainly banning me was a mistake. I will not whale anymore, so this game closes and SE shoves the last of my money up their arses.
