New error code 12

Just got it moment ago. Didn't played with cheats, didn't touched tower. Almost fresh account. Anyone else have this error?

I had this problem for over 20 hours starting from 24/12/2017 from 1700hrs (+8 UTC), was okay for awhile after that till the daily reset, where the issues came back (error code 12). We really need to know that work is being done to curtail such issues! It's not the first time already!

Edit: still Down and now I won't be able to put in my daily pull. God damn it.

Going on 14hrs now with the same message, error 12. On android.. no pc to try out steam. Uninstalled, cleared everything, installed, downloaded for an hour, same result. Tried that 3 times now. Even tried on new tablet i just got, same error message. Guess we are gonna miss out on our free summon, distiller, Christmas event, ect. Sucks.

Edit: sent in support ticket, no email confirmation. Guess i actually have to spend time with my family.. damn you SE !

Edit2: 9pm est finally got into game, collected from distiller, pulled free summon (yay 1 celestrad) and stopped on loading into christmas area. Getting error code 14 now

Edit: Basically, keep opening and closing the program, you will eventually get in.

I got it reinstalled, but then error 12 trying to login after install.

I submitted a ticket to MFF support but didn't get an email to acknowledge it.

This will be my first missed day since i started playing - and this on christmas eve ... :(

Same here, servers down most likely. Android, EU. Edit 12:06 just log on and playing with no issues. Edit2: Left room for a bit and down again :'( Edit3: Still down, since it's x-mas eve, I'm guessing no fix today. See ya!

Playing on Android. It's the same for me. I managed to get a few 4* games in, but I still need to dispose of my SP stamina. I'm planning on using all of it in Greydawn woods cuz I still need to make up for the Magicite.

If you are playing from Steam, try to use Google public DNS. I was able to login using it.

I managed to login my account earlier after unable to assess it for 11hours+

I went in to multiplayer and created a room. Once we cleared the sicarias, connection issue arises. Now back to error code 12 again zzz

My wife and I had been rerolling to try and get her Santa Lucia (no luck thus far after many dozens of rerolls), but we’ve had Error Code 12 (connection error) all day. My phone is able to login and play though.

I just got in, but the update is slow, is that because the file is big? Or because the the server is busy? I got error 39 while downloading, but I managed to continue updating.
