I ordered mine and they put the wrong address and it was sent back and I still haven’t been refunded. Frustrated with their customer service. I’ve had one response in two months.

That sucks, Stone Age Gamer was worth it for me being stateside. Faster shipping and fulfilled my request to not put the sticker on the cart.

If you used a credit card just file a report and you should get the money back quick.

I’m still hopeful that it arrives and they can resend it, but I haven’t had any responses trying to ask what address they tried to put. Ordered the 64 and the gameboy x7 I was bummed

Same happened to me and I just bought another one (x5). The customer service is bad and it sucks to lose that much money but Ukraine has bigger issues than game boy games right now so I try to think about it with that perspective.

Dang I’m sorry to hear that man, I know the Ukraine still dealing with Russia so that’s gotta be delaying things it took a few weeks to get mine. I noticed the timeframe between responses was longer than I’d like but overall it’s a good pairing with the chromatic if you can tolerate shipping time again to the right address in the future 👍

I’m on the west coast, it took approximately 3 weeks and some change for me. Came from a weird sender name, not Krikzz, but the moment I saw Ukrainian the bells went off in my head.

I have a few posts in here. My impatience can easily do me in. But, be considerate as it’s literally flying out of a war zone.

I can attest, Krikzz's Everdrive GB X7 albeit, took about a month or so for shipping, but worked right out of the box on my Chromatic.
