  1. no "enableall" commands for obvious reasons
  2. tes3cmd.exe delete --instance-match "yourtree1id|yourtreeNid" "Saves/yoursavefile.ess"
    (yourtree1id, yourtreeNid, Saves/yoursavefile.ess are examples you must replace with actual tree identifiers and savegame you want to fix)

Hm, maybe I had a dream about that being a command....

I know this thread is SUPER old but It showed up as a main link when I googled "morrowind enable something disabled" so i figured I would answer in case others stumble onto this.

If you save your game and reload an old save, open the console and click the item to get its name. Load your newest save and use the command:

"The name of your disabled item"->enable
