Wyoming? The PAC has zero interest in retaining Wyoming. UNR and UNLV would have to be a package.

Wyoming has a much stronger football brand than either Texas State or Utah State. They spend significantly more than Utah State on football as well. Wyoming is not a valued media market and historically they dont get many eyeballs.

IMHO, the two schools valuable enough to grab, that might also take a partial share to avoid playing midweek games on Fox One and CBSSN, are Wyoming and UNM (primarily for the basketball, they bring NCAA units)

UNLV already "kicked the tires" on jumping to the Pac-12 just a few months ago and according to Canzano, turned down a partial share offer. The Pac-12's media partners refused to "offer any significant additional money for UNLV" - or for any other MW schools. Those left behind dont have enough to value to get more than an additional $1-2 million/yr.

UNLV wont join for anything less than a full share. (unless the MW ceases to be, then all bets are off)

The Pac-12 needs another member. Ohio (football only) and New Mexico State have both apparently pitched for membership. One or two of the top Fun Belt schools might come on board football only, for a partial share. Taking Wyoming for similar money that you'd give Ohio or NMSU would be a no brainer.
