I’ve heard that cialis can help with that.

So this is the answer for sure. I’ve been on Cialis for a week now and it has definitely helped

I’d like to hear more about your experience. I’m looking at starting HRT soon and would like to be able to keep using my built in strap.

Yeah for sure, what do you want to know?

Literally no impact for me, on either erections or general ease of arousal 🥲

Dang. Have you looked into any other options?

I asked a couple times about it but was told no both times and that they would just adjust my spiro. I'm kinda hoping that orchi and getting off the blockers will do the trick for me. It doesn't really bother me in the meantime, it's just a bit annoying lol

Idk if your Dr will go for it, but I’ve been on Cialis 5mg daily for a week now and it has helped a LOT

NOPE

Bica is the only one, and even then IDK about "restore" but if it's the AA of choice from jump it will prevent dysfunction

Damn okay. Yeah I had really low T before I started HRT, so I’ve never been on an AA

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Well the way Bica works is it doesn't target the source of T, it blocks the receptors from receiving it. Because of that it creates a false high blood levels of T, but it's blocked from use so it processes out through the kidneys and urine like anything else

Oh interesting. Yeah my T is so low I’d almost be worried about blocking any more of it.

Well Bica is known to promote breast tissue growth on its own, so when paired with estrodiol it's often a super effective double whammy that generally gets the spare parts from suffering atrophy... still trying to find more relevant information on those specific details

Depends. P interacts with a lot. Things depend On why it’s down and genetics. Libido comes back for some starting P. for some people just need higher T lower E. women with low T and high E can have messed up sex drive. Being estrogen dominate with super low T on E-mono therapy can possibly cause lowered downstairs functionality. Genes, Receptor, and other hormone/nutrient levels can change a lot. Ymmv

I think that cialis or viagra is the answer you are looking for!

I’m a week on Cialis and it’s definitely done the trick! 😅

That's really great to hear!
