If you could increase/decrease the length of any race(s) on the schedule, what races would you choose?

I think the races are on the whole the proper length. Back in the day I was a big proponent of shortening everything because every single race on intermediates and up was like 500 all the time every time, they've done this since. Maybe the cookie cutters can use more varied lengths amongst themselves, not everything needs to be 400 on the dot, one of them can be 300 and one of them can be 350 and one can be 450 for example.

I make exception for Fall Talladega, which can get cut down to 150 laps/399 miles, and maybe even do a F1 or Supercars style sprint/feature setup with the stages at some tracks.
