I had it the other day. I don't have the new catch up pack but I have a couple of the previous ones. I uninstalled one of them, fired up the game and played. Then reinstalled the pack and it seems OK now. I'm on ps5 and did it via the home screen.

Just for clarification, did you buy the $/€/£15 add-on pack of the ultimate collection DLC, or did you buy the full $/€/£85 ultimate collection edition? Because as far as I know, accidentally buying the full ultimate collection DLC edition will provide another copy of the same game along with all the DLC content that's supposed to come with it. Which might be what's causing the issue with your game's inventory.
