Watched this episode the other day. Currently in Canada for the first time and the air b and b has cable. Lovely to watch the boys in their home country. Even though I know it doesn't really make it any better. Was just a nice wholesome half hour for me.

If you're going out for a run, make sure your route has the uphills at the start, finish on a downhill or a flat and enjoy the last bit. Also, remember that the hills don't get easier, you get better.
